Lake Guntersville Dentistry, LLC is a PPO for the following dental insurance companies as a service to our patients:
*We will continue to be a Delta Premier provider; however, as of June 1st, 2011, we will no longer be a PPO for Delta Dental.
We accept most insurances and file them electronically as a service to our patients. Ultimately, if the dental insurance company denies compensation for services rendered, the responsibility of payment belongs to the patient.
No representation is made that the quality of dental services to be performed is greater than the dental services performed by other dental professionals.
